Is Diop Fit Available in all countries?

No, Diop Fit isn't available in some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.

For now, Diop Fit

 

isn't available in and doesn't ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.

We're available in all other countries and ship internationally!

Can Diop Fit deliver orders to a PO Box?

Typically only national postal operators (like the US Postal Service or Canada Post) are able to deliver orders to PO Boxes. Many of our products including bulkier shipments are too large to be accepted by national postal operators, so we use commercial companies (like FedEx) to deliver these products that cannot deliver to PO Boxes. We suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

What is the estimated delivery time and how is it calculated?

Diop Fit’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you.

 

The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time.

 

Think: estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping = estimated delivery time

Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products.

 

When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

 

The estimated shipping time is calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to your area or selling region.

 

The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:

Issues with print/embroidery files

 

Products being out of stock

 

Shipping-related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions

That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Get in touch with us (diopfit@aol.com), we’ll check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

Where are returns sent?

Email us at diopfit@aol.com to start the return procedure.

Packages sent out from our US and Mexico fulfillment centers are returned to our Charlotte or Dallas facility.

The correct return address will be mentioned on the order packaging. If this information isn’t for some reason available to you, then the returns must be sent either to Charlotte or Dallas, based on which facility is located closer to you.

 

Charlotte Address: 11201 Ed Brown Rd, Charlotte, North Carolina, 28273.

 

Dallas address: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.

 

Packages sent out from our facility in Canada are returned to:

 

3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.

 

Packages sent out from our Latvian facilities are automatically returned to:

 

Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.

 

Packages sent out from our Spanish facility are automatically returned to:

Packages sent out from our UK facility are automatically returned to:

These addresses should be used only for product returns. All other types of correspondence (notices, letters, etc.) sent to our address will be returned to the sender, as we're not legally permitted to open correspondence that's not addressed to us.

 

Once a return package reaches our facility, we’ll notify you via email. Based on the reason for the return, we'll decide what the next steps should be. Check out our return policy for more info.

How do I report a problem with my order?

You can report problems at the bottom of our website by clicking on Report a Problem.

Be aware that Diop Fit may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

What type of ink do you use?

DTG products:

For DTG products, we use Kornit Water-based and NeoPigment inks that are Oeko-Tex™ certified, which means they are safe to print on children’s clothing and reduce environmental waste. These inks provide a high washing colorfast AATCC rating of 4.

 

Sublimation products:

We use Mimaki Dye Sublimation Ink Sb411 and Sawgrass SubliJet HD ink for sublimation products. Both of these inks are Oeko-Tex™ certified. For some sublimation products, we also use MYSUBLI-E Sublimation Transfer Ink.
